Janet Marie Glisan Jefferys, age 51, of Friendsville, Maryland, passed away Friday, January 27, 2006 in Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, Maryland She was born May 30, 1954, in Havre-De-Grace, Maryland, the daughter of Charles William Glisan and Shirley A. Ryzok Glisan Frazee.
She was preceded in death by her father and by her special dad, Emerson "Pete" Frazee. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her husband, Lawrence Jefferys a Son, Timothy Ross these brothers and sister Charles William Glisan Jr. of Uniontown, Pa., Michael Glisan of Lakeland, Florida, Brian Glisan of Cumberland, Maryland, Tammy Brugger of Richmond, Virginia, and Dana Frazee of Friendsville, Maryland numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and a special friend, Marlene Wagner of Markleysburg, Pa. Friends will be received in the Rodney S. Turner Funeral Home, 254 Main St., Markleysburg, Pa.
Visitation continues on Tuesday in the Blooming Rose Church, Friendsville, Maryland from 10 a.m. until 11. Services will begin at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mark Lawson officiating. Interment will follow in the Asher Glad Cemetery, Friendsville, Maryland.
