Denise D. Demaske, 59, of Leckrone, PA, passed away suddenly on April 7, 2014, at her home. She was born in Uniontown, PA, on July 7, 1954, the daughter of the late Jesse M. and Mary (Nicklow) Smitley.
She graduated from L.H. High School and was employed as a Nurse's Aide. Surviving are her husband, Paul Demaske and sons: Paul (Kayla Cartwright) Demaske, Jr. and and Jesse Lee (Sara Supensky) Demaske brother, Jesse Smitley, Jr. and sister, Dorothy Lucas several nieces and nephews.
There will be no public viewing. Family and friends are welcome to attend a Celebration of Denise's Life on Sunday, April 13, 2014, from 1 to 2 p.m., at the JOHN S. MAYKUTH, JR. FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 7 River Avenue, Masontown, PA
